The Burbank Boxing Club located in Burbank, California is a coed boxing club which meets three times a week on Monday and Wednesday at 7:00PM and Friday 6:30PM at the Burbank YMCA.  Sessions are two hours long and include cardio, coordination, strength and endurance training and one-on-one work.
